My journey has been shaped by my commitment to public service and a passion for standing up for those who need it most.
UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME
Earned a B.A. in Government & International Studies and French, magna cum laude, where he developed an interest in public service, language, and community engagement.
DUKE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW
Earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he built the legal foundation that continues to guide his practice today.
EXPERIENCE ROOTED IN HOUSING AND EMPLOYMENT ADVOCACY
Since his admission to the California Bar in 2005, Mr. Reyes has dedicated his legal career to advancing the rights of tenants and employees throughout Northern California.
SERVING DIVERSE COMMUNITIES
Mr. Reyes studied Spanish in Argentina and Mexico. He pursued French language studies in Angers, France. As a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan, he learned Russian, taught English in elementary schools, and collaborated with local educators on civic development. These experiences, together with his Filipino-American heritage, have shaped his appreciation for others in community.
